14-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your SL by Sigalit sandals. If your purchase is not the perfect fit, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Shoes must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.

• Shoes must be tried on only indoors on a clean, soft surface.

• Original packaging, including the shoe box, must be included.

• Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration cannot be accepted.

Return Shipping
For returns due to size selection, personal preference, or a change of mind, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A $12 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will review the issue and provide assistance with the return process.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
