30-Day Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase.
If you’re not fully satisfied, you may return or exchange your order within 30 days of delivery.
Return & Exchange Requirements
Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
Shoes must be returned in the original shoe box along with all original packaging, tags, inserts, accessories, and any promotional items that came with the order.
Returns that show signs of wear, damage, or missing packaging may not be accepted.
How to Start a Return
Submit a return request using our Return Request Form.
Wait for your Return Authorization (RA) confirmation number and the return approval.
Once approved, we will email you the return shipping instructions.
Pack the item securely and include your RA number with the package.
Ship your return following the provided instructions.
Please do not return items without an approved Return Authorization (RA) number. Unauthorized returns might be refused.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will inform you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Processing times may differ based on your payment provider.
Exchanges
If you want a different size or color, submit a return request via our form and select Exchange. After your return is approved and received, we will send out your replacement item, depending on availability.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received is defective or we made an error with your order.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will address the issue. Fill out the form to begin your return.
