Shipping Information

Please carefully confirm your shipping address at checkout, including the correct State and Zip Code. Any extra shipping or postal fees caused by incorrect address details are non-refundable.

*Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3–5 business days from our warehouse.

*All U.S. orders are sent via FedEx with full tracking available throughout the delivery process. Deliveries are typically made between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM on the scheduled delivery date. Please make sure someone is available or that the property is accessible during these hours.

If you will not be available to receive your package, delivery preferences can be updated directly through FedEx.

Customers selecting Express Shipping will receive delivery within 2 business days after dispatch. Please note that Express service to PO Box addresses cannot be guaranteed. If delays occur for PO Box shipments, express shipping charges are non-refundable.

For deliveries to remote locations, your package may be handed over to a local courier for final delivery. Updated tracking information will be sent to your email if this occurs.

During holidays or peak shipping periods, courier delays may affect both Standard and Express deliveries. We recommend checking your tracking updates regularly for the latest delivery status.

Do You Deliver Outside the US?

We are not currently providing shipping outside of the USA.
